While on a Norwegian cruise I spoke with a Scottish woman about the best shortbread in Scotland. Her reply was Shortbread House and told me a neat story about the company. Upon returning home I did a Google search and found it st Chelsea Market! The markets service is great! Please keep carrying this brand!
