Pat Helding, in 1991 Pat left her Wall Street job to pursue her passion and start her legendary brownie bakery. Famous for its chewy, chocolatey brownie squares, the Fat Witch is a shining example of what makes our home so special. We proudly include their delectable sweets in many of our housemade gifts.
