These can certainly be used each on their own but work together well as a rub, a marinade or a sauce and used outdoors or indoors, making grilling great.
Black Urfa Chili: Brought in from Turkey these chili flakes are a staple in the region. With a well-rounded flavor profile, you'll find tastes of cocoa, raisin, and a hint of spice. We love to use this to spice up a salad or with kebab on the grill.
Black Lime: A versatile ingredient and commonly found in many Persian dishes, this black lime is a great addition to your spice cabinet. Known for its acidic profile, this is best used anywhere you need that kick of citrus to bring life to your plate.
Smoked Pimenton Paprika: You know Paprika, you love Paprika, but this is amongst the best we've ever tried and so it didn't feel right not to share it with you. Brought in from Spain, this spice is grown and harvested by a single family where the chilies are dried over oak-coals to imbue them with a deep smoky flavor.
Garlic Powder: Grown by a group of farmers in Northern Vietnam, this Garlic Powder has a flavor profile that will remind you of browned butter and toasted hazelnut. Sure to add depth to any meal, throw this on some fries or as part of a base for any sauces you'll be making.
Silk Chili: Traditionally ground using silk-ropes, these chilies have a smooth and slippery texture. They have a warm, tomato-like flavor that we love when making burgers, or even throw some in your eggs for an extra kick in the morning.
Wild Mountain Cumin: Sun-dried and hand-picked by foragers in the Hindu Kush mountains of Afghanistan. This Cumin is a unique import by Burlap and Barrel. With its deep umami flavors this is perfect for a dry rub on any meats or vegetables
