Breaking Bread
The gift contains a large freshly baked challah from Balthazar Bakery. Challah symbolizes unity and the cycle of life, and breaking bread on Friday nights has been a tradition for the ages.
Also included are Seed and Mill Halva, Savannah Bee Honey, and artisan chocolate bars.
And, to complete the gift, a Jewish trivia card game is included. Maybe the game will get family off their screen and have them interacting together.
The term "breaking bread" came about because Jewish law prohibited using a knife on the Sabbath. Another fun fact is the Challah makes excellent French Toast, and we are sure a knife will be helpful in the process.
