A pantry classic with a vibrant twist. This richly concentrated pomegranate molasses from Belazu balances bright tang with a gentle sweetness, made using prized Hicaz pomegranates blended with wild Katirbasi fruit for a fuller, more layered flavor. It is carefully reduced in small batches to preserve its deep ruby color.
