These all butter cheese palmiers are crafted from a homemade butter puff pastry which has been folded, thinly sliced and baked to perfection with a sprinkling of year-old Gouda - a crisp, light and flavor-packed savory snack that will grace a host of pantries and kitchen cupboards.

A great snack

incredible depth of flavor

My wife an I are new to the Van Strien brand. She had recently discovered the Caramel Palmiers, and we're both obsessed with them. I'd ordered those and decided to try these gouda Palmiers as well. They're equally good, though obviously more savory..... an awesome treat. I will continue to order these from Chelsea Market Basket.

Thank you for the feedback about Van Strien.
