We experienced Irish Black Butter while visiting Ireland, and bought a jar there. Where we bought it does not export to the United States, and I was happy to find somewhere in the US that sells the same item for a reasonable price.

Symphony of Flavors

This is a FULL-flavored condiment. It is not shy and there are lots of fall flavors going on, including autumn spices, apple cider vinegar, with a hint of licorice - the flavor of apples is in the background. Not overly sweet. It pairs very well with strong cheddar.
