These all-butter cheese straws are just one of the age-old recipes that have been perfected and cherished for years by the Dutch baking wizards at Van Strien.

These all-butter cheese straws are crafted from a homemade butter puff pastry which has been folded, sliced, and baked to perfection with a sprinkling of Swiss cheese - a crisp, brittle and flavor-packed savory snack that will grace a host of pantries and kitchen cupboards.
