La Trinquelinette, it means more fruit, less sugar. Made with only 2 ingredients this jam sticks to the basics. Cooked in a copper cauldron this jam is a beautiful blend of a few varieties of strawberries along with rhubarb to provide a tart edge.

Packaged in a traditional Jam-Jar, this jam is great for baking, or serving with tea in the afternoon. These jams are more than just your everyday smuckers.
